Even though he is powerful and processes great speed,
Streak is not a warrior. Instead of fighting in critical situations, he
tends to get into long talks in order to resolve any confrontations. This is
due to the fact that streak has seen too many battles and now carries the
scars of war embedded deep on his emotions chip. Although Streak is the
first Cybertron to be completely reformatted with Binaltech technologies, he
was not cleared to go on active duty by EDC inspection bureau due to his
unstable emotion programming. It was after extensive Q&A profiling and
passing all kinds of strenuous simulations that he was finally cleared to
join his fellow Cybertrons.
