He is a key player in conducting covert negotiations for an alliance with the Earthlings and the construction of Cybertron City. Fluent in over 230 Earth languages and 6300 alien ones, he possesses outstanding diplomatic skills. Though honest, he is well aware of the ingenuity required to maintain an advantage while proceeding through negotiations. Carries an electromagnetic pulse emitter, twin vertigo guns and stun grenades for self defence. Transforms to Earth-style mini-van. In times of crisis, he can transfer his memories and data into 'Clutch', his internal drone, and make an emergency escape.
