possesses outstanding diplomatic skills. Though honest, he is well aware of
the ingenuity required to maintain an advantage while proceeding through
negotiations. Carries an electromagnetic pulse emitter, twin vertigo guns
and stun grenades for self defence. Transforms to Earth-style mini-van. In
times of crisis, he can transfer his memories and data into 'Clutch', his
internal drone, and make an emergency escape.
