With his enormous missile launcher mounted on his shoulder, First Aid accomplished a big power increase. His eye for strategy is incredible, will annihilate the enemy with enormous destructive power which exceeds all calculation. When not in battle, he is an excellent scientist -  the one person who handles the greatest war potential out of the Cybertron troops.
