Ability: His tornado power is powered by atomic energy turbines in his engines. Flies at Mach 2 in outer spaces atmosphere and can navigate between planets by sight. His Targetmaster, Nightstick (small partner), transforms into a corrosive Black Beam Gun and can blind his victims.

Character: A cold-blooded cruel aerial soldier whose only purpose is to destroy Cybertrons.
