Staff officer of Team Shinkansen. Has the elocution of a gentleman, and his intellect is equal to that of Fire Convoy's. Equipped with a rocket launcher in both shoulders. While he turns, he can knock down enemies with one hit with his Sonic Umbrella which releases ultra waves.
