A Cybertron warrior sent from Seibertron to Speedia for the purpose of
gathering data. With his superb speed and highly-refined abilities to
evaluate danger, he has never once been glimpsed on missions into enemy
territory. Possessing a rather hyperactive personality he speaks in a
peculiarly speedy manner, and his skill at performing his job no less
quickly is of great value. With Ignition he gains even greater speed, and
can achieve short-range flight.
